In this generation,we call it modern.All the things change as
well as the practices we do.Think of it,if we change all the good things
we do that affects our good health just to make our self satisfied what
will be the advantages and disadvantages of it?to our body as well?
In this month,as we celebrate the nutrition month,I wanna encourage
others especially the teenager like me to become a model of a healthy
body.If we have a healthy body we have also a healthy mind.Try to have a
good practices and maintain it continously. Fruit and vegetables are
the solutions to our problems.
So try to have a good practices in preserving our good health and it will yield a healthy body.
